Breaking News:

USCIS Offices Are Temporarily Closed to the Public; Business Operations & Case Review Still Continue

As of March 18, USCIS has suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Note: As of present, USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public including, but not limited to, case review, adjudication, receipt and approval notice issuance. Therefore, service center filings and adjudications appear to be continuing for the majority of case types, including non-immigrant, immigrant, family, and investor visas.
